Babuino Fine Art offers various sales options designed to meet the needs of national and international buyers.
- LIVE "IN-PERSON" AUCTION
The in-person auction takes place at the auction house's headquarters at Largo S. Susanna 124, Rome, under the direction of the auctioneer.
It is also possible to participate in the sale online through the main international platforms (Drouot, Bidspirit, Invaluable).
- WRITTEN BIDS and TELEPHONE BIDS
You can participate in the auction by submitting written bids in the days preceding the auction, or by telephone, by pre-booking for lots that require this service.
Each auction is preceded by a viewing of the lots at our headquarters, during which you can view the works and speak with our specialists to receive information, clarifications, and assistance before the sale.
- TIMED AUCTION
The timed auction is held exclusively online, through major international auction platforms.
The duration varies, generally a few days, and allows online bidding at any time during the auction period, subject to registration on the chosen platform.
At the end of the auction, the lot will be awarded to the highest bidder.
- PRIVATE NEGOTIATION
For selected works, private collections, or items of particular interest, Babuino Fine Art also offers a private negotiation sale service, guaranteeing maximum confidentiality, personalized negotiation management, and careful pricing of the works.

- AWARDED LOT
Once a lot is awarded online, the administration will immediately send you confirmation by email, and it can be picked up on site.
If you win a lot in person, if it's easily transportable, you can collect it immediately upon payment.

- PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
The final amount due will include the hammer price and the buyer's premium.
Please note that purchased lots must be collected within 20 business days of the award.
From the 21st day, storage costs will be charged (based on the lot).
