Babuino Fine Art is a newly founded auction house that continues the legacy of a historic name deeply rooted in the Roman art market. Our headquarters, located in the prestigious setting of Largo di Santa Susanna 124 in Rome, represents a meeting place between tradition, expertise, and a contemporary vision of collecting.
The company was founded by Giovanni Autelitano, an art historian and archaeologist, with the aim of creating an organization capable of combining the rigor of scientific research with the dynamism of the international market. A team of highly qualified specialists with decades of consolidated experience in the auction and art market sectors has been assembled around this project. Each department is headed by recognized experts whose academic background is complemented by in-depth practical experience gained in the field.
Babuino Fine Art also operates through a representative office in Venice, strengthening its presence in two of Italy's main cultural and artistic hubs and consolidating a network of national and international relationships.
